Birth can be powerful, emotional, and sometimes unpredictable—and having the right support can make all the difference. My role is to help you stay centered, informed, and confident throughout the process, no matter how your birth unfolds.
I don’t just show up when labor begins. I support you in preparing ahead of time—so you understand your options, feel connected to your preferences, and can move through your experience with more clarity and trust in yourself.
During labor, I offer continuous emotional and physical support, helping you navigate each stage with calm guidance and reassurance. I also support your partner, so you feel like a team rather than trying to figure everything out in the moment.
